Approval of Minutes Board Member Daniel Baro made a motion to approve the public minutes for the Springfield Mobile Home Rent Control Board Public Meeting held on June 23, 2022. Motion was seconded by Board Member Katherine Garvey with a unanimous vote to approve. III. Deliberations The Board entered into deliberation to discuss the Bircham Bend Mobile Home Park Petition for rent increase. Board Member Baro made a motion to approve the rent increase at Bircham Bend Mobile Home Park from $214.87 to $376.48. Motion was seconded by Board Member Garvey with a unanimous vote to approve.
