Approve Minutes of the August 20th, 2024, meeting. The November 19th meeting was cancelled due to lack of quorum and the reports were emailed to board members. Eric Claussen and David Holtmann briefly went over reports for the 3 board members present. The February 18th, 2025 meeting was cancelled due to inclement weather and the reports were emailed to board members. 3. Introducing new board members 4. Pension Sales Tax Receipts for Fiscal Year – David Holtmann, Director of Finance 7. Hotel/Motel Tax Reports – David Holtmann, Director of Finance 8. Level Property Tax Reports – David Holtmann, Director of Finance 9. Any and all other matters which fall within the jurisdiction of this Committee 10. Next Committee Meeting – August 19th, 2025 11.
