Resolution #2520 - AUTHORIZING THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI TO ENTER INTO VARIOUS TRANSACTIONS, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO FACILITATE THE REHABILITATION OF AN EXISTING 142-UNIT MULTIFAMILY HOUSING PROJECT, CURRENTLY KNOWN AS STILLWELL COLUMNS APARTMENTS, AT 525 S. CAMPBELL AVE., SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI, AND TO BE RENAMED AS PINNACLE ON THE PARK 4. Other business 5.
