Preliminary Minutes St. Louis Board of Aldermen Meeting Special Meeting Monday, June 22, 2026 10:00am Board of Aldermen Chambers Minutes are preliminary and may change until finally approved by the Board 1. Call to Order President Green called the meeting to order at 10:05am and directed the Clerk to call the roll. 2. Roll Call The Clerk called the roll and the following members answered to their names: Ms. Schweitzer, Mr. Oldenburg, Mr. Narayan, Mr. Devoti, Ms. Velázquez, Ms. Sonnier, Ms. Cox Antwi, Mr. Browning, Ms. Clark-Hubbard, Ms. Keys, Ms. Tyus, Mr. Aldridge, and President Green. 13 members were present. A quorum was established. Ms. Boyd and Mr. Cohn arrived while the meeting was in progress, making a total of 15 members present. 3. Opening Reflection or Prayer None. 4. Second Reading and Report of Standing Committees The following board bill was reported out of Budget and Public Employees Committee with a “Do Pass Recommendation”. B.B. #1AAIC – President Green/Aldridge – An ordinance making appropriation for payment of Interest, Expenses and Principal of the City’s Bonded Indebtedness, establishing City tax rates, and making appropriation for current year expenses of the City Government for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of One Billion, Four Hundred Fourteen Million, Five Hundred Eighteen Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty- Two Dollars ($1,414,518,852) which sum is hereby appropriated from Revenue and Special Funds named for the purposes hereinafter enumerated and containing an emergency clause. 15. Report of Special Committees None. 16. Board Bills for Perfection – Consent Calendar None. President Green recognized Mr. Aldridge on the motion to suspend the rules in order to move Board Bill #1AAIC to the Board Bill for Perfection Calendar. Mr. Aldridge made the motion to suspend the Rules in order to move Board Bill #1AAIC to the Board Bill for Perfection Calendar. Seconded by Ms. Sonnier. A total of 14 votes were cast. The motion carried. President Green directed the Clerk to add Board Bill #1AAIC to the Board Bill for Perfection Calendar. The Clerk Acknowledged. 17.
