Minutes Personnel & Administration Committee Thursday, February 26, 2026 11:00 AM Kennedy Room Minutes are preliminary and may change until finally approved I. Call to Order II. Roll Call The Chair directed the Clerk to call the roll and the following members answered to their names: Mr. Cohn, Ms. Clark Hubbard, and President Green. 3 members were present. A quorum was established. III. Approval of Minutes Motion to approve minutes from Wednesday, February 25, 2026 committee hearing. President Green stated they would entertain a motion to approve the minutes of the Thursday, February 26, 2026, committee meeting. Ms. Clark Hubbard moved to minutes of the Thursday, February, 26, 2026, committee meeting. Seconded by Mr. Cohn. President Green directed the Clerk to call the roll on the motion to approve the Thursday, February, 26, 2026committee meeting minutes. The following voted Aye: Mr. Cohn, Ms. Clark Hubard, and President Green. 3 Aye Votes. The following voted No: None The Following abstained: None The following were present but did not vote: None A total of 3 votes were cast. The motion carried. IV. Board Bills for Review None V. Resolutions for Review None VI. Committee Discussions Closed Meeting Statement Portions of this meeting of Board of Aldermen's Personnel and Administration Committee may be closed to the public under the provisions of Section 610.021 (3) in order to permit the members of the Committee to discuss matters related to the hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of employees of the Board of Aldermen. The committee will go into closed session to discuss the following items; No public comments will be taken: Discussion Item Number 1 The Board of Aldermen Employee Handbook. Discussion Item Number 2 The committee will discuss employment matters concerning 6th ward LA. President Green moved to go into closed session. Mr. Cohn moved into closed session. Seconded by Ms. Clark Hubbard. President Green directed the Clerk to call the roll. The following votes were recorded: Mr. Cohn, Ms. Clark Hubbard, and President Green. 3 yes votes. Motion carried. The meeting went into closed session at 11:06 am. Mr. Cohn moved to leave closed session. Seconded by Ms. Clark Hubbard. The following votes were recorded: Mr. Cohn, Ms. Clark Hubbard, and President Green. 3 yes votes. Motion carried. The meeting returned to open session at 11:20 am. VII. Adjournment Having no further business to discuss, the Chair entertained a motion to adjourn. Mr. Cohn moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ms. Clark Hubbard. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
