Appoint a note taker / timekeeper to maintain continuity. 3. Public comment on agenda items 4. Public comment on non-agenda items 5. Statement by Chairperson, Steve De La Rosa. Scope of commissions work via reliance on the Comprehensive Plan of April 28, 2025 by Ordinance #4476. Duties of Commissioners to be responsive in all communication. Use of Village email addresses to communicate. 6. Discussion of Commissioner's Handbook 7. Resolution to attend a regular scheduled meeting by Zoom or a shared phone call if unable to attend. 8. New Business - Discussion to determine individual idea contributions for future activities. 9. Adjournment The Villa Park Village Hall is subject to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
