Special Meeting - Environmental Improvement Commission 2017 Climate Action Plan May 8, 2017, 6:00 PM Westmont Public Library, 428 N Cass Ave, Westmont, IL 60559 Meeting Minutes – Final Amended 1. Call To Order at 6:05 pm 2. Roll Call In attendance: Glenn Gabryel, Mary McAuliffe, Brittany Smith, Tyler Tieche and Bob Van Hyfte. Absent: Mary Gabryel, Kate Johnson, Erin Kennedy, and Kim Lombardozzi. Staff in attendance: None. 3. Discussion of Current Action Plans and Assignments a. Tyler Tieche to edit and provide updated CAP to EIC for review at the June 5th meeting. b. Tyler will review metrics of prior collection efforts c. Brittany Smith to summarize joint Library-EIC sponsored series d. Brittany Smith to provide list of CAP topics that relate to multiple CAP sections and document control e. Glenn Gabryel continuing to make updates and edits to transportation section f. Mary McAuliffe to provide summary of Richmond Garden highlights g. This committee feels that the review and feedback from Bob Fleck (Park District), Steve May (Village Manager) and Jon Yeater (EIC Liaison) would be beneficial. h. Anticipate final report should be available after review by the full EIC commission at the June and August meetings. 4. Next planned meeting Monday, June 12 5. Adjourn 7:03 1
