Call to Order * Called to order by Alyse at 7 pm II. Agenda Item-Approval of March minutes Motioned: Bill N Seconded: Rita N, approved unanimously by voice vote III. Public Comments - None IV. Agenda item-Trail User Stakeholder Meeting recap - It was a Zoom call, new survey coming out this summer - please help advertise the survey and take it. Another meeting in May! Add any questions before May. Michelle will send info via email. V. Agenda item-Recycling Extravaganza Recap - we gathered 43 bikes. We should do shifts when we do it again! A fun time was had by all who volunteered. Thanks to George, Michelle, Rita, Bill and Alyse for volunteering. VI. Agenda item-Prairie Path Cleanup - This Saturday 4/23 - Bob and Michelle going - cleaning up Madison to Butterfield. Thanks for doing this! Go to the Pancake Breakfast at Cantigny for George to make you Pancakes afterwards! VII. Agenda Item-Bike Valet - Michelle will communicate to Park District that we can only work to 2:30 pm. Please check the revised schedule on the Google Drive and Michelle to send email - to make sure you can work the revised times. VIII. Agenda French Market Update - we have booth April 30 from 8 am to 2 pm - Bill and Rita, Bob, and Laurel are free; Bob will create signup sheet. We will advertise for Bike Rodeo. George Motioned, Michelle seconded, unanimous approval by voice vote to print $100 worth of color advertisement handouts for Bike Rodeo. Bob and Alyse to create, Alyse to get Alpha Graphics to print. IX. Agenda Item - Group Rides - George will chair the Bike Rides and he will create more; Michelle to add the rest for calendar invites. Criteria for rides: Need waiver and helmet to ride. Under 18 needs guardian. Meet at WPL unless indicated otherwise. Under 30 miles, no busy roads. Agenda Item-Bike Safety Rodeo ● Advertise on Twitter and FB along with handouts at French Market ● print certificates for # of registerees +20% full pages b/w + summary on back; Michelle motioned, Laurel 2nded all in favor by voice vote ● Rita to check with Kimmers for discount ice cream ● Laurel to bring jugs with water and paper cups ● Bob to bring lights and reflective bands give aways ● Alyse to bring bike maps ● Let’s stuff bags ahead of time XI.
