III. Public Comment - Scott - would love a sidewalk by Marion Joy

Chair Report- Guest Joseph E. Tebrugge-
● We/city are looking complete streets
● We are looking at older parts of the city, concerns from public, how can we make infrastructure
good for all types of transportation
● Brighton land reduced speed by about 3 mph
● Budget comes first then consideration for biking and walkers
● Carlton area right of way of PP will be owned by City of Wheaton
● Read the Complete Streets Policy
Chair Report- Cromwell Path Signage - City is still reviewing the request
Chair Report-West St. South Proposal
We will not be proposing anything. Engineering has said unrealistic to change anything in this area.
Chair Report-Welcome to IPP proposal
John DuGuay emailed Michelle- need to get authorization/permission from DuPage DOT/IPP.

○ Crosswalk Signs we bought two for $874.20 give one to Hawthorne - Bill to orchestrate
larger than life ribbon cutting

each fire hydrant -

A. APS at crossings proposal - Bill motioned to pass the motion as written
Cate seconded the motion. Unanimously approved by voice vote. Alyse to send to the
city
B. Cosley Zoo parking lot and Connor’s proposal for PP extension: Cate motioned to
enable Connor to edit the proposal based on our discussion and Laurel Seconded. .
