Call to Order At 4:58 p.m., Chair lIlia called to order the regular meeting of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. The meeting was held in the Gamon Room at Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, Illinois. Upon roll call, the following were present: Chair Illia, Commissioner Cannova, Commissioner Vroman, and Commissioner Haines. Also present was Carly Johns, H.R. Generalist. Commissioner Wanzenberg was absent. II. Public Comment — None III. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Cannova moved, and Commissioner Haines seconded the motion to approve the meeting minutes of April 24, 2025 Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Chair lllia Commissioner Cannova CommissionerVroman Commissioner Haines Nays: None Commissioner Wanzenberg was absent Motion Carried IV. Old Business — None V. New Business - a. Approval of Initial Firefighter Eligibility List Commissioner Vroman moved, and Commissioner Cannova seconded the motion to approve the Initial Firefighter Eligibility List. The motion passed unanimously. VI. Adjournment At 5:18 p.m., Commissioner Cannova moved to adjourn the meeting.
