WHEATON BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS MEETING MINUTES WHEATON CITY HALL, 303 W WESLEY STREET‘ WHEATON, ILLINOIS 60187 Thursday, November 13, 2025 Open Meeting 5:00 p.m. Call to Order At 5:07 p.m., Chair llIia called to order the regular meeting of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. The meeting was held in the Conley Room at Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, lllinois. Upon roll call, the following were present: Chair llIia, Commissioner Vroman, Commissioner Cannova, and Commissioner Hainesi Also present were Chief Youker, Deputy Chief Gabryel, Deputy Chief Dillenkoffer, and HR Director Schulz. Commissioner Sifnotis was absent. Public Comment - None Approval of Minutes a. Commissioner Cannova moved, and Commissioner Vroman seconded the motion to approve the meeting minutes of November 12, 2025 Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Chair llIia Commissioner Cannova Commissioner Vroman Commissioner Haines Nays: None The motion carried. Old Business — None New Business - None VI. Closed Session a. Police Officer Candidate Interviews S ILCS 120/2(c)(1) At 5:08 p.m., Commissioner Vroman moved, and Commissioner Haines seconded the motion to move into closed session for the purpose of interviewing Police Officer candidates. The motion passed unanimously. At 8:58 p.m., Commissioner Vroman moved, and Commissioner Cannova seconded the motion to move out of closed session for the purpose of interviewing Police Officer candidates. The motion passed unanimously.
