Regular Meeting Thursday, October 8, 2020 7:00PM In accordance with Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order, the regular meeting was held via Zoom with the public allowed to attend the meeting virtually. I. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Wheaton Housing Commission was held via Zoom Meeting due to Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order. Housing Commissioner Chair, Kristine Eisenmann, called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm on Thursday, October 8, 2020. Present: Kristine Eisenmann, Chair Bill Gilbertson Stu Johnson Mike Rybinski Jan Kay Rochelle Favale Andrea Rosedale – City of Wheaton Suzanne Mennecke David Horton Absent: Marcella Incarnati Tom Zullo Guests: None II. Public Comment A. None III. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Kay moved, and Commissioner Johnson seconded, a motion to accept the minutes of the October 8th, 2020 meeting. The motion was unanimously approved by a voice vote. IV. Correspondence 2020 Housing Assistance Summary - Two original applicants to program had yet to send in applications - Additions to packet include Ride Share information as well as Andrea’s contact info - Housing packets due 11/20/20 V. Old Business A. Revised Interview Worksheets i) Group presented with revised worksheets (1) Option to have fillable document or actual paperwork ii) Fire alarm battery replacement – will still be conducted. Be sure to include any residents needing this service so that we can get a list to the WFD as quickly as possible VI. New Business A. Fill Secretary Vacancy – no volunteers, seat remains vacant & Chairman Eisenmann will continue to take notes. HOUSING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES October 8th, 2020 VII.
