September 27, 2022 Commission Minutes, Gamon Room, City Hall
I. Call to Order
President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Those present: Mike Bock, Dee Hicks, Lewis Achenbach and Dave Duve. Absent: Randy King, Laurie
Swanson and Sarah Antas. Also present: Andrea Rosedale and Mike Dzugan
III. Agenda:
Mike Bock moved and Lewis Achenbach seconded the approval of the agenda with the addition of
the City Calendar and annual report. Motion carried.
IV. Approval of Minutes:
David Duve moved to accept September 15th special meeting minutes Dee Hicks seconded. Motion
carried.
V. New Business:
Mike Dzugan, Wheaton City Manager and Andrea Rosedale, Wheaton City Clerk, reviewed the
updated city code and answered questions from the commission.
VI. Old Business
International Day of Music: Mike Bock reviewed the event and shared feedback from participating
choirs, issues we faced and what went well.
VII. Commissioner comments: None
Adjournment: Mike Bock moved, and Dee HIcks seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at
6:57 p.m.
