November 22, 2022 Commission Minutes, City Hall I. Call to Order President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. II. Roll Call Those present: Mike Bock, Dee Hicks, Laurie Swanson, Lewis Achenbach and Dave Duve. Absent: Randy King. Sarah Antas present via zoom. Bari Ericson, library rep joined the meeting. III. Agenda: Mike Bock moved and Laurie Swanson seconded the approval of the agenda with the addition of the City Calendar and annual report. Motion carried. IV. Approval of Minutes: Dave Duve moved to accept October 25th minutes Laurie Oberhelman seconded. Motion carried. V. New Business: Lewis has tried to contact Susan Bishel but has not talked with her. 2023 Annual Report: Mike reviewed report that he will submit to Council. VI. Old Business Andy Warhol Day: Ideas include: gala featuring electric banana, velvet underground band, beer pong contest. The most popular of ideas was hydrant painting in style of Andy Warhol. We received another order of paint from Rust0leulm and hopefully will receive remaining order . Bari brought us up to date on Chamber members ideas for projects. VII. Commissioner comments: Adjournment: Mike Bock moved, and Lewis Achenbach seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:06p.m. Respectfully submitted: Dee Hicks
