I. Call to Order
Upon roll call, it was determined the Commission did not have a quorum.
Due to a lack of quorum, no meeting was held.

The November 22nd, 2022, special meeting of the Fine & Cultural Arts Commission will be held as
a virtual meeting via zoom and in person meeting. If participating virtually the public can join
the meeting and make comments by calling 312-626-6799 and providing the meeting ID number
and password when prompted, followed by the # sign or by clicking on the link below. If asked
for a participant number, press the # sign again. Please be in a quiet place to prevent
distractions or disruptions to the meeting. Please note that civility and a sense of decorum will
be strictly followed. They can also join us in person in the Gamon Room at City Hall.
