January 24, 2023 Minutes, City Hall I. Call to Order President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. II. Roll Call Those present: Mike Bock, Dee Hicks, Laurie Swanson, Lewis Achenbach, Randy King, Dave Duve and Sarah Antas. III. Agenda: Mike Bock moved and Laurie Swanson seconded the approval of the agenda with the addition of Annual Requirements. . Motion carried. IV. Approval of Minutes: Mike Bock moved to accept January 12,, 2023 minutes Laurie Oberhelman seconded. Motion carried. V. New Business: Annual Requirements. Mike reviewed . VI. Old Business: Andy Warhal Day – Checking with Chamber and/or DWA to do a co-op project that would include music, games, food. Mike and Lewis will try to attend next meeting of Andy Warhal committee. We should consider forming a committee to outline events for either August 5 or 6. Fire Hydrant Project- Mike Bock moved and Randy King seconded the purchase of paint supplies not to exceed $1000 to support the hydrant project. Motion carried. Commissioner comments none VII.
