July 11th 2023 Minutes, City Hall
I. Call to Order
President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:07p.m.
II. Roll Call
Those present: Mike Bock, Laurie Swanson, Lewis Achenbach and Sarah Antas. Randy King, Dee
Hicks and Dave Duve were absent. Bari Ericson from the Public Library was also present.
III. Agenda:
Mike Bock moved, and Laurie Swanson seconded the approval of the agenda. Motion carried.
IV. Approval of Minutes:
Laurie Swanson moved to accept June 27th, 2023 minutes. Sarah Antas seconded. Motion carried.

International Day of Music
• General discussion. Progress being made. October 1st looks good for event.
Warhol Party 8/5/23:
• All work moving forward. We are good to go for the event.

Lewis Achenbach moved, and Mike Bock seconded the meeting be adjourned at 6:48. Motion
carried.
