Monday, July 15, 2019 6:45 p.m. I. Call to Order and Roll Call The meeting was called to order by Laurie Metanchuk. Members present were Laurie Metanchuk and Board President Christine Fenne. Committee Chair, Bob McDonough, was absent. II. Citizens to Be Heard None III. Consideration of a Slate of Officers to Propose to the Library Board of Trustees, including President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary The following slate was proposed and agreed upon: President: Christine Fenne Vice President: Joe McHaley Treasurer: Alan Herbach Secretary: Laurie Metanchuk IV. Adjournment There being no further business of the Wheaton Public Library Nominating Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 6:52 p.m.

Monday, July 15, 2019 6:45 p.m. The Nominating Committee of the Library Board of Trustees of the Wheaton Public Library will meet in the 3rd floor Board Room at 6:45 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2019 for the purpose of discussing and developing a slate of officers for the term of July 2019 – June 2020 in preparation for the Board’s election of officers to be held at the July 15th Board meeting. I. Call to Order and Roll Call II. Citizens to be Heard. During the Citizens to be Heard portion of the agenda of the Library Board of Trustees Nominating Committee meeting, the President of the Library Board shall recognize any person requesting to be heard. Persons speaking during the Citizens to be Heard shall not speak longer than 5 minutes and shall be permitted to speak during the Citizens to be Heard only once. Citizens should address the Board President when speaking under the Citizens to be Heard portion of the Library Agenda. III. Consideration of a Slate of Officers to Propose to the Library Board of Trustees, including President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. IV. Adjournment
