CALL TO ORDER: President Mathieson called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. MEMBERS PRESENT: President Brett Mathieson, Vice-President Donald Wilson, Secretary Princeton Youker, Vice-Secretary James Craig, Trustee Timothy Bayee ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Applicant Thomas Sommerfield, Attorney (for Thomas Sommerfield) Gerre Anne Harte, Paralegal Scott Moran (for Thomas Sommerfield), Attorney (for the Board of Trustees and as Hearing Officer) Richard J. Reimer and Court Reporter Marlane K. Marshall. PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no public comment. APPROVAL OF SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES: None. ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING ON APPLICATION F'OR DISABILITY PENSION The Hearing was transcribed by Court Reporter Marlane K. Marshall. A copy is maintained in the files of the Pension Fund. ADJOURNMENT: At 6:10 p.m. Vice President Wilson made a motion to adjourn this meeting. President Mathieson seconded the motion.
