NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider
the following zoning application:
Zoning Application #16-28. An application requesting approval of a special use permit for a planned unit
development to allow the construction and use of an 8,935 square foot one story, multi-tenant retail building with
a drive thru service lane on the property located at 2040 S. Naperville Road following the demolition of the
existing structure. The subject property will remain zoned C-5 Planned Commercial District.
The application has been submitted by The Glazier Corporation, 1406 W. Fulton Street, Suite A2, Chicago, IL
60607 on behalf of the owners, Sung Man Ho and Bong Lan, 401 Robinwood Lane, Wheaton, IL 60189.
The subject property is legally described as:

comments may be submitted to the Board prior to or at the public hearing. A copy of the application is available
for review in the office of the Director of Planning and Economic Development, 303 West Wesley Street,
Wheaton, Illinois during normal business hours.
