NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #18-03. An application requesting rezoning of the property located at 1402 Hill Avenue from the R-4 Residential District to the O-R Office Research District. The existing single-family dwelling located on the subject property would be demolished and the site would be restored to a vegetative state. The application has been submitted by Good News Publishers, 1300 Crescent Street, Wheaton, IL 60187 on behalf of the property owner, LaSalle Bank Trust Number 133588, 135 S. LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60603. The subject property is legally described as: LOTS 9 AND 10 IN BLOCK 1 IN EAST WHEATON, A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTH EAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. P.I.N. 05-15-120-001 The subject property is commonly known as 1402 Hill Avenue, Wheaton, IL 60187. At the public hearing, anyone wishing to make a public statement will be encouraged to do so. Written comments may be submitted to the Board prior to or at the public hearing.
