NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #18-16. An application requesting a special use permit to allow a new electronic message board sign to be constructed at St. Francis High School located at 2130 W. Roosevelt Road. Article 23.7.1f of the Wheaton Zoning Ordinance requires a special use permit to allow the construction of an electronic message board sign. The existing electronic message board sign would be removed. The application has been submitted by Parvin-Clauss Sign Company, 165 Tubeway Drive, Carol Stream, IL 60188 on behalf of the property owner, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Joliet Trust, Chancery Office, 425 Summit, Joliet, IL 60435.
