NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #19-01. An application requesting a special use permit to allow a health club and/ or business and professional office to occupy a portion of the main floor (Unit B - 520 square feet and Unit C - 1,330 square feet) of the existing building located at 124 North Main Street. The property is zoned C- 2 Retail Core Business District. The application has been submitted by Konstantinos and Theoni Leventis, 18 Vista Avenue, Addison, IL 60101 on behalf of the property owner, Oxford Bank & Trust, as Trustee U/T/A dated March 18, 2005 and known as Trust Number 1276. The subject property is legally described as: THE SOUTH 33 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2 IN BLOCK 7 IN TOWN OF WHEATON, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JUNE 20, 1853 AS DOCUMENT 7256, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. PIN: 05-16-302-009 The subject property is commonly known as 124 North Main Street, Units B and C, Wheaton, IL 60187. At the public hearing, anyone wishing to make a public statement will be encouraged to do so. Written comments may be submitted to the Board prior to or at the public hearing.
