NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #19-03. An application requesting a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment to allow the construction and use of an addition to the existing Wyndemere Senior Living building located at 200 Wyndemere Circle, consisting of 33 independent senior apartments with 33 covered parking spaces, indoor swimming pool, multi-purpose room, various outdoor landscape improvements and 25 new visitor parking spaces. The application has been submitted by Wheaton IL Senior Property, LLC, 1000 Legion Place, Unit 1600, Orlando, FL 32801. The subject property is legally described as: LOT 1 IN WYNDEMERE SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THAT PART OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS DOCUMENT NO. R95-004357. The subject property is commonly known as 200 Wyndemere Circle, Wheaton, IL 60187. P.I.N. 05-18-439-033 At the public hearing, anyone wishing to make a public statement will be encouraged to do so. Written comments may be submitted to the Board prior to or at the public hearing.
