NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #19-05. An application requesting a special use permit to allow a business and professional office (medical spa) to occupy the main floor of the existing building located at 104 North Hale Street. The property is zoned C-2 Retail Core Business District. The application has been submitted by Images Med Spa Wheaton Corp., 1006 West Armitage Avenue, Chicago, IL 60614 on behalf of the property owner, Hale Street Real Estate LLC, 104 North Hale Street, Wheaton, IL 60187.
