NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to
consider the following zoning application:
Zoning Application #19-17. An application requesting a special use permit to allow a Kennel to occupy
the existing building located at 300 S. Carlton Avenue with a fenced outdoor play area located at the
southwest corner of the existing building. The property is zoned M-1 Manufacturing District.
The application has been submitted by Stay Fur Fun, LLC, 300 S. Carlton Avenue #160, Wheaton, IL
60187 on behalf of the property owner K&B Properties, LLC, 300 S. Carlton Avenue, Wheaton, IL 60187.
