NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. remotely via Zoom, https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84602148402, Passcode: 746580 or by calling (312) 626-6799, Meeting ID: 846 0214 8402, Passcode: 746580 to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #21-06. An application requesting a variation to Article 9.2.5 of the Wheaton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction and use of a deck on the property located at 523 E. Elm Street with a corner side yard setback of 17.79 feet in lieu of the required feet 30.47 feet. The application has been submitted by Christopher Johnson, 523 E. Elm Street, Wheaton, IL 60189. The property that is the subject of the variation is legally described as: THE WEST 70.0 FEET OF LOT 3 IN PANOS-TAPRELL RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 55 (EXCEPT THE WEST 30.0 FEET THEREOF HERETOFORE DEDICATED FOR PUBLIC STREET) IN ROOSEVELT HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SAID PANOS-TAPRELL RESUBDIVISION RECORDED APRIL 21, 1955 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 753813, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. P.I.N.: 05-21-203-005 The subject property is commonly known as 523 E. Elm Street, Wheaton, IL 60189. At the public hearing, anyone wishing to make a public statement will be encouraged to do so.
