An application requesting an amendment to the existing special use permit for a Beauty Shop, granted by Ordinance No. E-3417, to allow a special use permit for a Business and Professional Office (Dentist) in lieu of the Beauty Shop, all on property commonly known as 1501 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. The existing building and parking lot will remain, and the property will continue to be zoned R-7 Residential District. The application has been submitted by Crystal Shah and Shelly Hingle, 25W438 Flint Creek Drive, Wheaton, IL 60189 on behalf of the property owner, Western Springs National Bank and Trust as trustee, U/T/A 10/10/90, AKA Trust #3272, 4456 Wolf Road, Western Springs, IL 60558. MCINTOSH AND COMPANY’S LORRAINE ROAD SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTH ½ OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED NOVEMBER 6, 1925 AS DOCUMENT 245767, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. P.I.N. 05-15-326-026; -027 The subject property is commonly known as 1501 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, IL 60187.
