An application requesting a special use permit to allow a business and professional office (co-working space) to occupy the main floor of an existing commercial building located at 125 E. Front Street. The property is zoned C-2 Retail Core Business District. The application has been submitted by Cross Function, LLC, 1033 South Boulevard, Oak Park, IL 60302 on behalf of the property owner, ARCLAC Properties, LLC, 316 E. Jefferson Avenue, Wheaton, IL 60187.
