An application requesting a special use permit to Article 14.1.3 of the Wheaton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction and use of a new Wheaton College parking lot with approximately 40 spaces just north of North Harrison Hall located at 800 Centennial Drive. The property is zoned I-1 Institutional District. The application has been submitted by the property owner, Wheaton College, 501 College Avenue, Wheaton, IL 60187. The property that is the subject of the zoning request is legally described as: PART OF LOT 1 IN WHEATON COLLEGE IRVING AND HARRISON PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION NO. 2, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED, OCTOBER 21, 2025 AS DOCUMENT NO. R2015-116719, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. P.I.N.: 05-16-204-070 The subject property is commonly known as the North Harrison Hall, 800 Centennial Drive, Wheaton, IL 60187.
