CITY OF WHEATON AND VILLAGE OF GLEN ELLYN NOTICE OF A PROPOSED JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT This Notice is being given for the purpose of advising all interested persons that the corporate authorities of the City of Wheaton and the Village of Glen Ellyn propose to enter into a Jurisdictional Boundary Line Agreement (“Agreement”) pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-12-9 of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/11-12-9. The City of Wheaton will consider the adoption of an ordinance approving such Agreement at the regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council of the City of Wheaton to be held on April 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wheaton City Hall, Council Chambers, 303 W. Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois 60187, or at any subsequent City Council meeting as determined by the City Council at the April 20, 2026 meeting. A copy of the proposed Agreement is available for examination at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Wheaton, 303 W. Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois 60187. The proposed Agreement may be changed, altered, modified, amended or redrafted in its entirety before or after the April 20, 2026 City of Wheaton Council meeting.
