An application requesting a special use permit pursuant to Article 31.1.A of the Wheaton Zoning Ordinance for Multi-Family Dwellings: Townhouse Only to allow the construction and use of 8 townhouses at 1701 E. Roosevelt Road. This property is currently vacant and zoned R-R-4 Roosevelt Road Corridor District. The application is further requesting a setback variation pursuant to Article 31.3A of the Wheaton Zoning Ordinance to allow a side yard setback of 12.6 feet in lieu of the required 15.0 feet from the east property line abutting residential property.
