Consideration of CUP#092-25: 11988 Hwy 92 (Public Hearing/Vote) (Natalie Faustine) Staff recommends City Council approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a Storage Yard use at a property zoned General Commercial (GC), to site development standards, subject to the staff recommended conditions of approval. 3.
