b. Chair to discuss housekeeping issues with members.
c. Statement of awareness and acknowledging Hispanic Heritage/ Latino Heritage month by
guest or Chair.
d. Discussion of “Know Your Rights” presentation from August 2025 meeting.
3. Guest Speaker Peter Dunn, Chief Development Officer City of Worcester. Topic: Affordable
Housing Development, housing development connected to mitigation of homelessness,
affordability regulations/constraints/barriers to development. (Approx. 45 mins)
4. Guest Speaker Ian Gendreau, Director of Programs & Planning Massachusetts Housing &
Shelter Alliance (MHSA). Topic: Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSH). (Approx.
30 mins)
