Approval of the Minutes a. Order - That the City Council Standing Committee of Economic Development hereby approves the minutes of the Economic Development Committee meeting on November 24, 2025. 3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Items a. Report of the Planning Board Upon the Petition of Paul Conger request the zoning map be amended by extending the MG-2.0 Zoning District and the Adaptive Re-use Overlay District (AROD) to wholly encompass the property at 31 Harlow St. # 15a CC October 21, 2025 December 11, 2025 Economic Development Committee Page 1 of 2 b. Report of the Planning Board Upon the Communication of the City Manager recommend adoption of a Zoning Ordinance Amendment relative to Accessory Dwelling Units. # 14a CC September 9, 2025 c. Report of the Planning Board Upon the Petition of Daniel S. Ford request Zoning Map be amended by extending the BG-3.0 (Business, General) zoning district and the CCOD-C (Commercial Corridors Overlay District - Canal District Subarea) overlay district to fully encompass the property located at 3 Harding St. (MBL-05-021-0004A). # 14c CC September 9, 2025 d. Report of the Planning Board Upon the Petition of Kevin J. Breen, Head of Worcester Academy (fka Trustees of Worcester Academy), request Zoning Map be amended by changing the zoning designation of the property located at and known as 232 Stafford St. aka 242 Stafford St. (MBL 28-042-00001) from the current zoning designation of RS-7 (Residence, Single Family) to RG-5 (Residence, General), as shown in the plan attached hereto. # 18b CC November 18, 2025 4. Miscellaneous Item a. Order of Mayor Joseph M. Petty and Councilor Candy Mero-Carlson - Request Standing Committee on Economic Development invite representatives from the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) to present to the Committee an overview of their investments and management processes at the Worcester Regional Airport to date.
