Approval of the Minutes 2a. Order - That the City Council Standing Committee of Public Health and Human Services hereby approves the minutes of the Public Health and Human Services Committee meeting on June 3, 2025. 3. Communication of the City Manager 3a. Communication of the City Manager recommend adoption for U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Entitlement Programs – Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) - City of Worcester Fiscal Year 2026/Program Year 51. 4. Miscellaneous Items 4a. Order of Councilor Kathleen M. Toomey – Request City Manager provide City Council with a report concerning the impact a gas leak in the vicinity of Wawecus Road School, 20 Wawecus Rd., had on the community. 4b. Order of Councilor Etel Haxhiaj – Request City Manager work with the appropriate representatives from Eversource to provide City Council with a report outlining the number of grade 1, 2, and 3 gas leaks that have occurred in the city over the past two (2) years, including how many have been repaired and how many have not. Further, request said report include a map detailing the locations of said gas leaks throughout the city, the amount of gas that has leaked out and the equivalent of leaked gas in dollars.
