Inc. for the 2022-42 Massachusetts Architectural Access Board (MAAB) Compliance
at MA 12-5 Pleasant Tower.
e. Approval Request: For Change Order No. 3 to our contract with JJ Cardosi, Inc. for
the 2023-03 Fire Alarm System Replacement at MA 12-6 Wellington Apartments and
MA 12-9 Murray Avenue Apartments.
f. Approval Request: For the final payment and closeout documentation for Ameresco
relative to the Wellington Window Replacement project at MA 12-6 Wellington
Apartments.
g. Approval Request: For the final payment and closeout documentation for Stutman

responsible and eligible bidder for the awarding of the construction contract for the
Unit Modernization rebid at FISH 348181, 689-4, 199 Providence Street.

Development (HUD) Declaration of Trust (DOT) specific to 69 Tacoma Street.
b. Approval Request: To execute a property easement with National Grid for the
